Creating Extraordinary Petitions for Extraordinary Talent
This program will teach immigration and entertainment attorneys and professionals how to procure visas for entertainers under even the most stringent USCIS standards of review. The panel will provide practice tips for successfully obtaining immigrant and non-immigrant (O,P, EB1) visas for your talented artists, entertainers, musicians, performers, and athletes. The discussion will cover eligibility, filing procedures, application/form completion, evidentiary requirements, RFE responses, and strategies to avoid RFE's. The program will provide even the most seasoned professionals with tips by focusing on recent USCIS policies and providing knowledge gained by the experienced panel over the 2009-2010 hostile USCIS climate towards O and P visas. In addition, marketing strategies for obtaining and retaining entertainment clients will also be discussed. The discussion will conclude with a Q & A session.
